Mediation and facilitation can help resolve almost any disagreement or dispute. The broad dispute resolution process is the same, regardless of the exact nature of the dispute.
However, the process is made even smoother when the mediator has a good understanding or experience of the area within which your dispute lies. So it’s a great idea to ensure that I’m well suited to help you and the other party or parties resolve your dispute or disagreement.

A key part of my process – right at the outset – is to establish whether navigating your issue or dispute falls within my capabilities, and also whether there are any potential conflicts of interest. I will not take on any work that I am ill-qualified to help with, or where it would be inapproprate for me to do so. If I cannot help, I will recommend someone better suited, from my network.
